A: Unfortunately, we only offer support for personally owned devices, including hardware replacements (e.g., hard drives, SSDs), software troubleshooting, and setup assistance. Although business-owned devices are not supported, we’re happy to answer general questions. However, we recommend contacting your companies IT department for any device-specific issues.


A: Great question! We do support MacBooks, but only the MacOS (software) side. Our hardware services primary focus on servicing Windows-based PCs.


A: Unfortunately, we do not mount or assist in mounting devices like televisions or camera systems. 


A: We're not specialized to repair cracked or broken screens. However, we'd be happy to help you explore the best options available for getting it fixed at no cost. 


A: We believe that you deserve nothing but the best and only provide Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) replacement parts. We do NOT order or use 3rd-party equipment. 


A: If you are not satisfied or are still experiencing issues after our efforts; no worries— we stand by my work and offer a 100% money-back guarantee.  Please reach out to me if you encounter any problems and I'll set it right. 


A: We proudly offer a 10% discount  to local law enforcement, emergency responders, active military members, veterans, and seniors (55+). To receive your discount, just show a valid government-issued ID or military / law enforcement badge, and it'll be applied directly to your invoice.

A: We are an authorized reseller of Amazon and Best Buy; offering the same trusted products with the convenience of local service and support. All products are sourced directly from official distributors or manufacturers. All technical products are shipped (distributed) within only the United States only and are backed by the manufacturer(s) limited guarantee.

A: We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving a defective or damaged product. ControlAltOops will handle the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process on your behalf. Please provide us with a copy of your invoice to begin. Most manufacturers offer a limited one-year warranty from the date of purchase. Communication is important to us, and we’re committed to supporting you throughout the entire process to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
